With the Dental Whale Savings Calculator you can upload your invoices from different dental suppliers and we can show you how much you could be saving with the Dental Whale Membership.

Uploading Invoices

There is two ways of uploading invoices, via the web app or via email.

Via Web App

1. Login to Dental Whale

2. Click on Save on supplies

3. Click on Savings Calculator

4. Click on Browse

5. Select the invoices you want to upload (you can upload more than one at a time)

   
6. The system will process the invoices, once all of the invoices are processed, click on Calculate your Savings. You will be able to see how much you could've saved by purchasing through our network.

   

Via Email

You can also email your invoices to [email protected] using the email for your Dental Whale account. We will automatically process your invoice and add it to your account. Make sure you attach your invoices on the email being sent. Once your invoices are processed, you can login to Dental Whale and sww your calculated savings.
